We despatch all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery (signature required)

Postage price is per order to any Single Postal Address

Please make sure that you supply a delivery address that is occupied during normal working hours as we will not be responsible for failed deliveries.

We usually despatch from stock within 24hrs of your order being placed and payment completed, in the event of a delay or an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible.
(Please note we do not post on wednesdays. Mid day deadline for postage, orders placed after this time will be for despatch next working day)

 Collection from our shop

If you purchase an item and live local, you may pick up your order from us to save on postage. If you intend to do this , please email us and let us know and we will advise you when your item will be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.

Our opening hours for collection are:-
Monday, Tuesday,Thursday & Friday 9.30am - 5pm (WE ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS)
Saturday 9.30am-1.00pm

FANCY THAT CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND RETURNS POLICY 

 Please read  and understand our terms and conditions prior to purchase,by completing purchase you are accepting our terms and conditions.

 1.We will place on hold purchased items for a period of 48 hours after purchase, if payment is not received we reserve the right to make available unpaid for items for resale.

2.If you require a member of our sales team to call for payment please email with preferred contact no. to,  info@fancythatfancydress.net 

3.Payment will only be completed when items are ready for despatch.

4.Whilst we make every effort to supply items as available, we may rarely substitute for item of similar or type,quality and value. if this is the case we will try and contact prior to dispatch, if replacement item is of greater value this cost will be at our expense,like wise if the replacement is of lower value an appropriate refund will be given

5.At fancy that we stock a large range of costumes and accessories but during busy times we may run out of certain items so there may be a short delay usually 2-3 days before replacement stock arrives, in which case we will inform you of any delay.

6.Items marked as contact buyer are currently out of stock and as such have no price and are unavailable for purchase. Please contact us for further details and for prices on these items. 

7.Please note that the postage and packing charge is per order, once checkout is completed any subsequent orders will be classed as separate orders and will be liable for a further £3.95 postage and packing charge per order. if you require multiple items please add to cart before clearing checkout. 

8.Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

RETURNS POLICY

Please make sure you read and understand our returns policies prior to purchase.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item or items unused and in their complete,undamaged original packaging within 14 days of receipt, prior to returning please email us with your item details including the order no. your contact information and the reason for returning item,so that we can complete the return and refund process as quick as possible.

2.If the cost of a replacement item is greater than the cost of the original item then any extra charges must be paid prior to goods being despatched, like wise if the cost of the replacement item is lower than the original cost then a refund will be issued upon the safe receipt of the original item in an acceptable condition (see 3 ).

3. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the safe return and all return postal charges, we strongly recomend that for your own protection you return the item using the Royal Mails 1st or 2nd class recorded service, we will refund the purchase cost of the item( minus p+p charges) or arrange an exchange only upon safe receipt of returned item.

4. Under no circumstances will refunds or exchanges be made untill the original is returned. if you need replacement in a hurry we suggest placing an order for item required and returning original item within 14 days. 

5. please ensure all original packaging including display cards,hangers etc are included,Any items returned with missing or damaged internal packaging will be liable for a £2.00 re-packaging charge (see item 3).

6.The buyer accepts that in the event of any returned items not being in original condition i.e.worn,dirty or damaged not due to manufacturing defects. no refund will be given and goods will be returned to the buyer. 

7. Due to reasons of personal hygene we do not accept returns on teeth,wigs,beards+moustaches,tights,underwear or make up

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ''Checkout'' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and most other high street cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You your pay with your debit/credit card via phone 01656 865353,or via the fully encrypted safe2pay system.

for international purchases please enter your card details via the safe2pay system.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
